E-Mail       Home > Exhibition Guide > Process Flow Asia Forging's sales personnel will visit or call your company for introduction in detail for the international Detroit Auto Salon, analyzing the advantages if your company decides to sign up, and provide you with services of consultation and answering your questions.   When company decides to sign up, Asia Forging's sales personnel will assist you in filling out the leasing contract, carefully completing all the necessary information. The signed contract will be made into two copies for both parties as evidence for later rental purposes, safekeeping of the contract is recommended.   After the contract was signed, the renter will have to complete the basic information form, return it to the Asia Forging sales personnel, and once the information is collected, the content will then be uploaded to the web page, inserted to the company directory, and followed by completing the rest of the administration works and contacts.   After Asia Forging's Finance Department receive the lease and company's basic information form, the invoice will then be issued as payment voucher base on the payment terms listed in the contract.   After receipt of the invoice, payment will need to be made according to the terms listed in the invoice, safekeeping of the invoice is recommended to avoid any unwanted disputes in the future.   Our sales personnel will need to ask things like company catalogues, samples, information of sample, test reports, and product instructions be sent to Asia Forging for joint shipment to the US Auto Salon after QA Department finish integrating all the information.   Upon the arrival of exhibition products, Asia Forging will integrate all the information and fabricate the product POP. The shipping charges will be covered while Asia Forging ships everything together to the US Auto Salon and start the booth lay out.   Asia Forging will have the booth design company---Chuan Yueh Design confirming the booth sample display and design to ensure the booth design quality.
